Jalandhar: Upholding the festive fervour these days, Bollywood Stars of upcoming Hindi movie ‘Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana’ entertained LPU Students, today. Publicized to be Bollywood's first ‘food film’, the visiting stars of it - Kunal Kapoor and Huma Qureshi shared many of the  famous dialogues and scintillating  songs of this luscious comedy film. The stars danced, acted, sang and let thousands of LPU students enjoy each and every antic of theirs.  Even the foreign students from 30 countries were seen swaying, in their own style, on film’s experimental and amusing Punjabi music, based on modern sounds, elements of rap mingled with tunes of flute, dhol, rabab etc.  The film is going to hit theatres on 2nd November 2012.

For this organization, LPU Pro Chancellor Ms Rashmi Mittal held: "Off and on, we want to have such activities for our students, who otherwise regularly undergo their international level hard study- programmes. Such organizations bring not only purgation of emotions but also a lot of things for students, like new experience, entertainment, awareness and also evoke inspiring messages in them.”

In an exclusive interview with LPU team, the visiting star Huma Qureshi, of 'Gangs of Wasseypur' fame, equated her roles with tests as students undergo: "For me, each role is like a test... as you have tests in your classes... that's how I approach my characters.”  Inspiring the young students to do big in life, Kunal Kapoor advised: “I don't think there is any better time to take risks than now. If you are not taking risks then you end up doing boring work. So, always step ahead to achieve big.” Worth mentioning, Kunal has been only a part of big-bannered movies-Rang De Basanti and Don-2.
