    Dear Sir,
My name is Murari Lal working with journalist Karan Thapar for media (INDIA TODAY NEWS CHANNEL) New Delhi since last 18 years. I have above mentioned saving account in your Safdarjang Enclave Branch, New Delhi-110029 since long.
On 1st May’2018 I had given a request for fund transfer through RTGS/NEFT for Rs. 15,000/- favoring to ASHIF ALI account 37576026882 IFSC code: SBIN0012952 State Bank of India, Branch Asmoli Distt Moradabad 244304 Uttra Pradesh.. It’s a typographically error by me first four letter of account no. I had written wrong no. as 35756026882 which belong to Ishita Kumar west Champaran Bihar. Very next day on 2nd may’2018 noon time when I checked the amount is not credited to Mr. Ashif Ali only then came into my notice that amount Rs. 15000/- had been credited to someone else called Ishita Kumari instead of Ashif Ali of Moradabad U.P. It’s a big shock to me that bank can do this mistake too.
Please find attached here with a letter given by me with the particulars of the account clearly mentioned IFSC Code : SBIN0012952 as well as account holder’s Name Ashif Ali and address of bank belongs to State Bank of India branch Moradabad in my request letter. Copy of that letter under UTR NO. ORBCH18121082115 DATEAD 1/5/2018 is ATTACHED here with for your necessary and prompt action.
I didn’t mentioned Ishita Kumari’s name in my request letter. Neither IFSC CODE nor Account holder name nor branch address match with Ishita Kumari account at west Champaran, Bihar then how can amount Rs. 15000/- credited to ISHITA KUMARI AT WEST CHAMPARAN BIHAR?
I don’t understand how this amount 15,000/- debited to my account and credit to Ashita Kumari at SBI Branch West Champaran Bihar, I repeat even it’s doesn’t match with my request.

I have already given a request letter to your Oriental Bank of Commerce Branch, Safdarjang Enclave, New Delhi-110029 where I am holding my saving account for the reversal of my fund and credit into my saving account no. 03692151002506 (MURARI LAL) at the earliest.
Therefore you are requested to intervene in this matter and justify where is the error. Please get this amount Rs. 15,000/- back & transfer into my saving account no. 03692151002506 (MURARI Lal) at the earliest.

    Thanks & Warm Regds
