Jalandhar: Many of the M Sc students of Lovely Professional University have recently been selected by renowned companies from varied fields of sciences and pharmacy. Truly Pest Solution (Truly Nolen International USA) selected 12 students, Life Cell International 9 students, Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals 7 students, Ind swift Lab 5 and Roots Analysis selected 2 students. During campus recruitment drives held by these renowned companies, 35 students are selected from the departments of Bio-technology, Micro-biology, Food technology, Pharmaceutical sciences and Chemistry. Selected on annual salary package up to Rs 3 lacs plus perks per annum, students will join their duties in the month of June 2014. In the initial stages, these students will work as Relationship Executives, Trainee Chemists and Business Analysts. LPU Pro Chancellor Mrs Rashmi Mittal congratulated the selected students and asked them to be up to the expectations of their selectors.

Going to become Business Analyst with one of the top companies before declaration of his final examination result, SV Kamaruz Zaman was very cheerful while sharing: “I and my parents are very happy on my being recruited and on soon going to start my career.
